270. Penne all’Arrabbiata Arrabbiata is one of my favourite pasta sauces as it is really simple but incredibly tasty. It’s a tomato sauce, flavoured with chilli and garlic, and frankly those three things together are a match made in delicious heaven. I had this at a proper traditional little Italian place near my apartment, and I almost was too full to eat it because they gave us so many free appetisers - olives, garlic bread, crudites, baguette, breadsticks… it was ridiculous, I certainly wasn’t complaining though! 270 down, 1526 to go
