428. Stuffed Loin of Pork
Back before my oven was broken (sob) I liked to make roast meats on a Sunday. I like pork a lot, especially the crackling, and I’m slowly getting better at making it go crunchy. I have to admit I can’t remember EXACTLY what I stuffed the pork with, but I know it involved sausagemeat, onions and apples. There may have been some sage in there, and also some bacon. If you want to make it yourself just put all of those things in there. Trust me it will be good. I served it with roast potatoes, peas and 429. Chantenay Carrots. Frankly I don’t really like Chantenay carrots that much, they’re too sweet and I would rather just have regular carrots, but I needed to check them off the list and this seemed like a good opportunity.
